  Here you can get all the necessary info to frequently asked questions concerning our products and ordering procedure.

 

  ✔ Shipping:

  Worldwide delivery, we send out our products throughout the globe and you can order our goods from any country of the world. Fixed shipping cost 7 euros for all orders (unlimited quantity)!

  Item will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving full payment (we make every attempt to process orders on the day they are placed).

  The terms of delivery are about 15-21 business days, but most orders will arrive much faster.

  By Express Mail Service (EMS) usually it takes 3-6 business days, its cost- 30 euros.

  Shipping time is an estimate and delays can happen due to international customs departments. Please be patient in the case your item is held up in your customs department. Please kindly note that we are not responsible for any customs duties.

 

  ✔ Returns:

  According to the Customers Rights Law you can return or exchange the item you bought within 14 days from the date you received it.

  The product should not be used or damaged and should be returned in the original packaging.

  Sending the product back is on your own expense.

  We request that you send your item back securely via Registered Post and keep your proof of postage for reference. The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they are received back to us. We are unable to take any responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in the post.

  Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

 

  ✔ Payment:

  We accept PayPal payments.

  Also, we accept money transfer through Western Union and MoneyGram. Please contact us to get more information about such kind of payment.

 

  ✔ What if I’m interested in the item that is not in stock for now?

  If the product that you interested in is not in stock, click the button “Notify Me!”, fill in your data there and you will immediately get notification as soon as desired product will be available.
